Information for Registrants

Meals
Registration cost includes the registration fee, the package of presentation papers, coffee breaks, two lunches and a dinner. The following meals will be provided with the symposium registration fee:

All other meals are the registrant’s responsibility.

Transportation
All travel costs are the responsibility of the registrant. George Fox University is approximately 50 minutes from the Portland International Airport.  Shuttle Service will be provided by George Fox University for participants needing shuttle service. Please complete the shuttle service requirement section on the registration form

Lodging
Participants are responsible for booking their dorm rooms or hotel accommodations. Participants can choose to book a dorm room located at George Fox University or they can book into a nearby hotel.

Dorm Room (with two beds) costs are:
Single $50 per room
Double $75 per room

Apartments
A limited number of apartments are available at Le Shana Hall. Cost is $150/night/apartment;they have 3 separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, sleeping 6 total per apartment - same rate for one or six occupants. An additional charge will be made of $10 per person for linen.
